CountyOffice.org displays property information derived from public records maintained by county and local government offices, obtained through licensed data providers, and datasets published by federal agencies where used. If you would like your personal information redacted from property pages on the Site, email us at privacy@countyoffice.org with the subject line "Removal Request" and include: (a) your full legal name as it appears on the record, (b) the property address(es) or page URL(s) involved, and (c) a contact email for follow-up.
How redaction works. Property pages describe parcels and remain published; we do not remove entire pages. When we grant a request, we redact personal information from the relevant page(s), for example owner names, mailing addresses, and buyer/seller names shown in deed and sale history. Parcel-level information (such as property characteristics, sale amounts and dates, and tax and assessment data) remains available.
Requests must relate to your own information. We may request additional information to confirm that a request relates to the requester and to prevent fraudulent or unauthorized requests, and we may decline or delay requests where permitted by law if we cannot make that confirmation.
We retain a suppression record (such as the name/address redacted and the action taken) so that redacted information does not reappear on the Site when source data is refreshed. Redaction applies only to this Site; it does not change or remove information in underlying government records or on third-party websites.
